Pin-Up Model Turned Doctoral Student
Dating & Intimacy Coach
Well-being is not just a physical thing that begins and ends with diet and exercise. Well-being is also mental, and spiritual and relational. Our personal relationships and beliefs about how we’re supposed to experience them are just as intrinsic to our happiness as our fitness level.
I know through my own experiences and the stories of my clients that we must become healthier, internally and externally, personally and socially, before we can experience the satisfying lives we want and deserve. I aim to serve as a messenger and advocate for the things that can help us live our lives and have the relationships we want but are stuck trying to achieve.
We have a lot of changes to make, a lot of healing to experience, a lot of reframing to do. Old ways no longer serve us. New ways are emerging but there is still much to accomplish before we fully embrace healthier practices and frames of mind. We can find happier and more satisfying lives once we understand the origins of the motions we’ve been going through, the thoughts and fears we’ve been fed, and once we begin implementing our enlightenment into our daily behavior.
As I become more aware, I wish to help others do the same. As I learn how to be stronger in mind and body, think more critically and independently, and live and love authentically, I hope to help others do these as well.
Professionally and academically, exciting things are in the making. Full-time doctoral studies have turned my focus and energy to a related but different field than the erotic world I once knew. I am rarely available outside the demanding responsibilities of my latest commitment, but I occasionally still find slices of time to offer coaching services to men, women and couples wishing to improve their relationships through strengthening communications, altering perspectives and making more insightful choices.
